Garwah fort

 Garwha fort is the architectural  gem of Gupta period situated at shankargarh that fort consist of hall, tank  as well as other structures within its pentagonal stone enclosure. The whole structure cover  2 km area. This fort was built in 1750 by baghel king. Here, Seven incription have been found in the reign of chandragupta , kumargupta and skandgupta.

An elegant sculpture of lord ganesha found in this site. There is a lord Buddha sculpture also found there.
